The animation team offered enjoyable activities daily. The staff at the front desk were helpful. They accommodated my request for a shower room after checkout (a thoughtful gesture before my late flight).
The gym equipment seemed quite outdated. I noticed there were no ingredient lists at the food buffet. This made it difficult to identify vegetarian options (I accidentally ate meat twice). The Wi-Fi was limited to the lobby area only.

I appreciated the excellent service. Especially from the crew member, migle, she was so helpful. this person helped. the hotel had quiet and peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. the four-room suite includes a spacious balcony and a spacious living room. It has a coffee pot and water too.
the hotel could benefit from decor updates. the lounge upstairs could easily be a nice nightclub, but it closed after the show.

The hotel's coral reef is directly at the beach, it offers fantastic snorkeling right at the doorstep. The staff is very helpful, multilingual, and friendly. The grounds are very clean with stylish colorful buildings around two large pools. The buffet offers oriental and international dishes. There is plenty to choose from.
I encountered an issue where the pool had a sharp object. My husband cut his foot. The lifeguard did not offer a new towel after he used it to stop the bleeding. I found this concerning.

the food had good variety for both of us. crystal clear seawater was amazing for swimming. the staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything we needed!
The lounge upstairs could easily be a nice nightclub. after the show, it all shut down. it was difficult to get sunbeds for the pool and the marina though the hotel was great.
